Hi Jenna!

- The revival process was mentioned in connection to an earlier event, and this is a part of the worldbuild as a whole! We realize this may not be clear in our setting information. Revival depends upon knowing the time of death, as the settings require that information. Not having that information means that they may not be able to push the right buttons, and thus not being able to revive the person in question properly.

- This is where side effects would arise and would cause problems. Basically: don't do that. It's widely known.

- This mentioned under "The Operation" with the intention of her informing the PCs of what to do in that scenario, yes! The time of death is too important to leave it to after the fact.
