Alucard would do a lot better than many of the other characters in game, but would likely end up suffering some severe injuries due to the very advanced weaponry that the soldiers are using. While they wouldn't resort to them at first, thinking blunt force, good training and weaker weapons would be enough to slow him down, they would quickly learn otherwise and act to slow him down. He would obviously recover more quickly!
