Loki's going to hit up both the Operation and the noncombative rescue of some of the Morningstar agents! Info below:
While Loki's pretty good at fighting, especially with hand-to-hand weaponry (he'll use a gun?? he'll judge himself but he'll use it), but he generally avoids it for being a sneaky person who runs away. He's decent at getting people out of the line of fire if needed and being a creep about it.
Scoping out the UNA building down some of the corridors, sneaking around and trying to find something worthwhile to wreck, including some of the maintance stations. If they're in there, they may as well do some damage to the UNA. Loki's calculating, so he'll be looking for ways to do some sabotage.
Probably stealing some things along the way, including some weapons and a few high-grade machines that go for some $$$ on the Black Market.
In helping Morningstar the non-combatants he's GOING TO SAVE THE BABIES BECAUSE HE LITERALLY CANNOT LEAVE THEM BEHIND, THANKS. save him from himself, god.
Jughead is going to sit on the investigative side of things and helping the noncombatives. He's a 16 year old kid who can, admittedly, throw a good left hook but has no combat experience outside of that. HE'S JUST GOT A LOT OF NERVE. There are a few things I'd like to do with him:
I'd love for him to get into trouble and be saved by someone who'd yell at him. HE'S REALLY GOOD AT GETTING INTO TROUBLE in over his head.
He might (I GOTTA CHECK) have access to a hovercar and he's pretty damn good at street racing/losing people.
If someone ropes him into helping them, he'll go full-force determination and try to help as many people as he can in any way that he can. He has no sense of self-preservation and will go hard.
True to his adrenaline, he'll be up to help stock the safehouses after all this is going down.
Someone tell this kid to sleep, he doesn't know he's 16.
At the end, I'm going to try to get him to report this out in some way to the little journalism place where he's an intern.
