Some notes and hooks and an overview for myself re Bobbi Morse / Katelin Philips:

• General background: Bobbi is still pretending to be a civilian and will be torn between maintaining her cover and saving as many people as she can.
  
• She will claim that she's staying out of it due to lack of combat experience
  
• OTA: Her powers of emotional manipulation may be of help in avoiding or at least mitigating confrontations with UNA soldiers. This could be of use if anyone needs a rescue or help?
  
• Open with caveats: I'm also up for her revealing her fighting skills accidentally or on purpose to a small number of characters, provided that those characters are the type who'd let her explain and would afterwards at least keep her secret somewhat (as opposed to going on the network like katelin philips has lied to us all!!!). This could happen bc she's gone off on a rescue op on her own (or in a team with someone who already knows she's a SHIELD agent, though that's a small number of people only), or bc she decides to intervene bc someone needs help (though it would be a weighing process between maintaining cover and helping, so it would depend on the circumstances...)
  Open to CR: i would also love to do roughly one million inbox/network threads or her checking in on established cr or established cr checking in on her bc i love inbox spam please and thank u!!
  
• Semi-closed: She'll definitely stay in contact with Fitz and his team (re lab contacts) throughout
  
• Closed: Maybe a team-up with Peggy regarding some investigative shit
  
• ???? I AM SO OPEN TO OTHER IDEAS please come at me if you want/need bobbi for anything

also: she'll get hurt SOMEHOW so there can be h/c in the aftermath
