Hi! Thanks for following up with this.

A lot of this will not be available as information until the aftermath post goes up, but we're happy to provide it now!

Most of the early thoughts will be about how people are scared, terrified, or grieving. A lot of people will have lost someone out there. Anyone who didn't get rescued will be a primary concern, because they won't know what happened to them. As their minds settle down a bit, some of the thoughts will be about where they're headed. Most will know their lives as they know it are over. Will they be headed to Morningstar's base? None of them will know where that is, but they know that some people like themselves have been moved there to live after previous operations. It's strange to think of themselves as the refugees needing shelter, but here they are.

There will be some people who are just angry. Angry at the UNA for coming after them this way, angry at themselves for putting their family in danger, and angry at the PCs. This last thought will be prevalent. The PCs have been messy, and some of the contacts will wonder if any of them were responsible for the leaks. Others will be certain that it's their faults, especially since they weren't targeted and they seem to get away with whatever they want. All of this is especially suspect given the shrines around the city, and the fact that they started up around the current safehouse.

Most importantly, there will be no signs of anyone paranoid that anyone will find out that they're responsible for this. If someone did leak, they were taken by the UNA at the beginning of the operation to wherever they've gone, or it never happened from these numbers.
