Damian's been discussing what he feels is a lack of cohesion amongst the Displaced and how he wants to rectify it. Being Damian, it kind of snowballed to actually sitting down to figure out what kind of organizational structure would work. After chatting with a few people he came up with THIS rough outline of how a potential committee system could work.

Characters can volunteer themselves for a committee (or multiple, if they specialize in different areas) and once the committees have been formed, they can elect whoever they trust most in that field as their chairperson.

The dual roles of "ambassadors" are open to anyone and everyone to go for, anyone can put their hand up and run for it. What I'm thinking is that characters can nominate and vote for whoever they think would be a good fit - if we go through with this whether we want to do this ICly or handwave is up to everyone.

This is all from an IC perspective, so whether or not anything comes of this is entirely up to the muns and player characters! This is entirely up for tweaking (both oocly and icly depending on how discussions go) or being scrapped altogether.

So! Thoughts, opinions, ideas that your characters might have/ideas what committee or project they'd want to work on if this goes through?

edit: this isn't really the finalized plotting for committees since damian hasn't introduced the concept yet and like, knowing how things go some things could be drastically altered so this is definitely ideas and brainstorming and not concrete planning.
