I like the idea of Patel being intrigued enough to look into Sniper and Alex, and maybe setting up a meeting during the chaos.

One thought that occurred to me—As a show of good faith, Sniper might offer to pull off a break in for Patel during all the chaos, plant a bug or steal something. Alex's echo location might be good for a mission like this, too.
