Provided this fits in with existing organisational plans, Stephen's going to be helping to mobilize medical as is his wont, doing his best to help organise any medically-inclined individuals who want to assist the medical effort but might not otherwise know where to go, responding to calls, etc.
Likely as part of the general organisation post that goes up or a post linking back to that one depending on how things work out, he'll make a general announcement regarding the medical effort to make this interactive map publicly available via the MS network. It looks like for the most part people may already end up grouped off to work on specific crisis relief jobs so the map itself may not be as necessary this time around but this map essentially allows for a level of automation in the emergency response process between the Displaced: anyone who needs assistance/has recognised a trouble spot can drop a pin on the map, anyone close by can take that call and mark it as taken, etc. (the stephen/clarke dividing line described in the link above won't be in place, it's anyone's game.)
I'm not going to be particularly hands-on with this because a) I don't want Dr Strange to hog all the med limelight b) Maybe You Should Get Your Hands Fixed, Doc, c) he's going to be off doing other things too BUT he's going to be available via the implant to answer medical questions, give anyone who needs them tasks/focus, etc., so if you want a more focused medical experience I can help facilitate!
there's also potential for setting up a system off this map drop/call to medical arms that allows people to drop links to their threads like pins and a corresponding ooc section for people who want to thread stuff out to look for medics/wounded to enable new CR to spring up! like atp but Fix This Please. I'm not sure realistically how needed this would be so won't do it unless there's some call for it but if this is something you'd be interested in/you have any thoughts for how it might work just shout
