We realize the traditional methods of getting DAWN's attention aren't available, but there are some other ways to do it: sky writing, painting on the side of a wall, hacking the city's emergency alarms to set off morse code in a way of responding or anything big that even we're not thinking about.
We will add that there are still some mysteries to be uncovered/decoded with this message from DAWN, so you might want to discuss more of those at length before you look at the next step.
We're also willing to have El check in with Markus about reaching out to check in on where Markus stands with it all, per their previous thread.
