1. no one is without neural implant scramblers. they were handed out at the start of the mission, to everyone involved, and the importance of keeping them on would have been stressed.

2. it will depend on how receptive the soldier is to being ... for lack of a better word, deprogrammed? i'm currently trying to get everyone to weigh in on it more specifically - so i willl get back to you with specific numbers if necessary - but the idea was always to offer the soldier every mercy and to then terminate them only if they proved unreceptive. should they have to terminate them, they will try to use the riots and chaos as cover.

on that score, i do have a few more questions (i know, just when you thought you were free) with regards to the una soldier specifically:

1. how would they respond to any personal questions asked, things like their name and their family, anything specific to their recruitment and why they haven't been in touch with their family. is it something they do out of choice or are they prevented in some way?
