If she took stolen goods to the black market, they would definitely have experience with this issue and ways of scrubbing the cybernetics clean so that it wouldn't end up sending a signal back, so that is an avenue she could explore. The Displaced would not have as much luck with it, since as far as we know none of the PCs have developed or learned this kind of skill yet, though she's certainly welcome to shop the idea around and see who could potentially figure it out.

At the moment they wouldn't actually be able to pay her for the bikes even if they wanted to, since implants and the network are all wonky right now! She would also need a separate account set up for money laundering. This is something they could likely help her with, but it would have to wait until after the event has wrapped up.

In other words, she would be able to start some of these things off during the event, but would need to wait until the aftermath to follow up on them!
