Hi Mal! We've clarified this in the FAQ above, but even chaining wouldn't be reliable. The issue is that they'll have no way of knowing that their power will work in that exact moment in order to chain it. This is primarily because we would like to move away from the deus ex machina of the blue powers for this specific event! They can be a part of the solution, but they won't be the only aspect of the solution.
