daisy's using her knowledge of AIDA's framework simulation here and theorizing that if she can figure out the source of the program's bots, she might be able to get to the core of the program.... and after that, she has no plans. possibly just try to blow it up. that couldn't possibly go wrong, could it?
i'm curious what the dormitory situation is, if they're opening a door only to disappear once inside. is it a regular two-bunk dorm room with four bots who have vanished? a black hole? a blank unprogrammed room that just looks like white space because who cares what it looks like? does opening the door (whether it opens anyway or they have to try and force it open) trigger an alarm to some kind of enforcer?
