jongdae will be trapped in the simulation
things are pretty heckin crappy in there but he's actually gonna do surprisingly well ??
the air's not so good here but he's used to long stretches of time never seeing the sun, bland nutrient cubes, and suffering lmao. he responds remarkably well to all the structure and routines in place. some might think he's actually been trained to live like this.
the key points though will be that he is signing on with stephen's self-sacrifice plot and potentially will die in some horrible, tragically not fun way because thanks jason ?? but that's still in the works (which is to say i have comments floating and will be open to discuss~).
he will be going out on supply runs often, seeing it as a way to help and protect others who might be struggling a lot more. HE REALLY WANTS TO BE SOMETHING HERO SHAPED. this is likely when someone will be like "hey would you like to make your death potentially mean something and at best at least this is organised?" and then he can die for Reasons and not just because there's nothing else better to do!
i am also interested in just about anything else he can get into!
