hi other mods!! fyi i had this up for phase 1, but i think it's more suitable for phase 2, so i'm moving the question thread here.

as a side project, loki will also be utilizing what's the simulation to send a declaration of intent over to whatever rep's still around at pulsar (depending on who's left?? since the building's in NA) regarding their affiliation with tempo. he'll be requesting that the company shifts weapon distribution from the UNA to "independent contractors". he'll also request if there's a specific list of profitable ones that pulsar may have in mind during a crisis.

this is to get ahead of the curve, from a very practical standpoint, while the UNA scrambles on the outside against the AI threat without much headway currently. since tempo's been scrambling for a little while under other pressures, loki will reason that it may not be profitable to continue the current contract with the UNA. he'll say that since tempo is still a subsidiary, pulsar can avoid direct conflict and still produce some cash and keep the company afloat.

this also ties into akechi's plan to disarm the UNA from a media standpoint—in this case, loki will be trying to cut them off from a resources one.
