so far he's only used it on someone who is physically in his vicinity (lack of knowledge re: digital stuff), but my only limiting criteria was "they have to hear the sound" and "only one person at a time" (i'm working on leveling it up to a mass suggestion thing :99) so yeah! tuck him in a corner and let him give it a whirl.

if morningstar is on the iffy side with people, PRESERVE's involvement (if their leadership could be convinced of it) might be enough to soothe some people since they've had a pretty good rapport built over the last few ahem crises...
