✥ Other Parliament members. Cardinals may look down on him a little, because he has a distinguished lineage and, at one point, appeared to be interested in moving up, but seems to have lost that drive. It’s also possible that other Parliament members may encourage him to be ambitious again, for whatever reason. Maybe you’ve also had some rivalry played out through the businesses you’ve patronized.

✥ Carrion, Company, Businesses, etc: Jon can be especially helpful to former victors who didn’t do much to wind up in the Quarry, as well as a patron to businesses and to Company people.

✥ Family: I haven’t plotted anything else for this!

✥ Relationships: It’s unlikely that Rook Jon would be as aggressively celibate as he is in canon, where he’s unlikely to make a move without significant emotional investment. I haven’t plotted anything for former or current hookups, marriages (arranged or not, achieved or not) etc. yet.

✥ Shrikes: Would definitely be interested in plotting some history with at least one or two and maybe some ideas for going forward. Is your character maybe someone with sympathies similar to his, or someone who’s been tipping him off to who did and didn’t actually do a serious crime? Or are they the opposite, someone he’s clashed with for some reason?

✥ Steak Dinners: Who wants to bond over them?

✥ “Important”: No more awkward shorter hair for him! It’s full Jon Snow, Hair Model time.

✥ Existing plots: It is possible that Rey has captured some of his current sympathies. Glimmer is his carrion, and he’s helped her become a celebrity. Quentin is his friend and has received some patronage as a Quarry Designer. He may or may not have some backstory with Margo. He will probably do some things with Dany if it’s feasible.

✥ While his sympathies will, ideally, be better understood by the end of the event, it is also possible that the Kestrels might only see him as a member of Parliament and kill him.

✥ I’m really interested in using this event for CR purposes in particular. New CR that will continue on after the AU is cool, but so is old CR that needs shoring up, or handwaved CR moving into actual CR. Jon works at Red Wings, so your character probably knows him by sight; if they work there, they probably also know him by name. That’s not relevant here and now but it will be relevant when the AU ends.
