I LOVE THIS SHIT. What a bonding experience. I like to think this incident kicked off a deep mutual respect and trust (as much as either of them are capable of trusting at all). You spend enough centuries with someone and they're pretty much family. Family who do horrible things to people who aren't part of the club.
