Yeah! She and her mom were involved in helping to smuggle medicine and stuff, though not directly affiliated with the Kestrels. They were both thrown in the same Quarry and Angella died protecting Glimmer, who won eventually. ;_;

I haven't figured out what her mom did for a living yet, but that's kind where Glimmer's coming from at the moment. Him recruiting her could be a fun little storyline to pursue, too.
