All right, so this is definitely a path someone can take. It would involve either a ton of control over the Blue power itself, or some other divine-control that would come after a lot of investigation and decision making. In short, we'd say it's more of an endgame goal—one that would be achieved close to the end of Meadowlark's story arc. That's to say that it can occur in game, but it would be a lot of work toward it.

In short, we do encourage it as a long-term character motivation, as it's something that could be achieved after a lot of work, and would depend on the life cycle of the game itself. That, of course, will depend on its enduring interest. As a whole, we don't intend for this to be a game that focuses around power restoration since our narrative has always, in broad strokes, focused on the influence of the characters on this Blue shard inside of them.

We do think that as a long-term goal, Yennefer is likely to run into a lot of questions along the way. After all, is she able to limit this to herself? Will she need to get approval from the rest of the Displaced? Will she want her power back once she unlocks the full depth of being a god in her own right? There's also the path to trying to figure this out, and what she needs to follow. In that, we'd be happy to help you make a path for her that doesn't pigeon hole her with this being her ultimate goal, especially since it's one that would be associated with endgame.
