In the long term, we believe this would play into the UN's anti-Displaced strategy, if only because they'd seek out ways to find out if Callisto and Hook are tied to the Displaced (and would have them tailed in time to figure this out). With the tailing, we'd have you follow up on Plot Engagement if either Hook or Callisto is likely to notice it - or if their other CR might! This tailing would begin in September 2512 (February 2021), so you can work it out there.

The Displaced finally revealed this con to the world. However, now that they might nail this group for doing this for real, it'll have consequences. At the time, the frame job on the Displaced were intrinsically tied to Morningstar since the two groups weren't separated yet. But now it's known that whoever was framed was actually the "out to the public these days" Displaced group. So, fun stuff.
