She's from the end of season 3, where her inability to shut up and desperate need to win over a crowd has gotten her kicked off of the tour she's a part of. Midge is well meaning, even if she can be a little too type-A and can come across as a bit naive, but hey, we're not all perfect. Even if she tries to be. Hello! I'm Jackie, and I'm bringing Elim Garak from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, a plain, simple, harmless tailor to the game. Him going by Torvan on the network means nothing, it's just a little thing, his name is totally Torvan. Please pay him no mind.

But maybe do because while he's a very good tailor, his main job is being a spy and he figures going by a different personal name could buy him a couple of seconds of confusion should any enemies show up and sometimes a couple of seconds are all you need to shoot someone in the back. I mean, finish hemming pants. Yes. That's what he'd want those couple of seconds for.

He's generally friendly, loves to gossip, in his 50s, and I'm pulling him from the one episode where serving Cardassia (his homeworld) is getting to be a little much so he'd actually be tolerant of being here. He also loves intrigue, books, and heated discussions.
